At RetroByte, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
